Helping you achieve your goals,
balance your body, and shift your mindset.

I’m Karri-Anne, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Coach for women looking to boost their metabolism, balance their hormones, and reduce their inflammation.

What do you feel is holding you back from getting support with mastering your metabolism and hitting your happy weight?

I know from my own experience that things in the body don't quite work like they used to, do they?

If we take it all the way back to high school, I could crush an entire pizza, without gaining a pound.

That all changed once I graduated, became a mom, entrepreneur and stopped being so active. It's tough to stay lean when you are running on caffeine and cortisol.

Changes in my weight which then led to excessive amounts of cardio and starving myself as much as I could tolerate.

I spent close to a decade firmly entrenched on the diet hamster wheel with nothing to show for it except for body dysmorphia, orthorexia, binging, restricting and hating myself that I could not stick to a nutritional plan.

Obviously things don't work like they used to.

But what I mean is... my younger metabolism is long gone. My current metabolism has been through the ringer. And it's left me with an autoimmune condition.

Why does any of this matter?

Because what "worked" for you and I in the past, is probably not going to work for us now.

As we enter new phases and seasons of life, we have to be a little more intentional. There are certain things that become more important with age.

I'm entering perimenopause and I plan on being in the best shape of my life in my 50's. Then, I'll see if I can do it again in my 60's.

What worked for me in my 30's didn't work in my 40's. And I'll need to make some lifestyle adjustments in my 50's, too.

Why? Because things are always changing, internally and externally.

It wasn’t until I:

  • stopped restricting or under-eating,

  • focused on high quality whole foods

  • eliminated or lowered stress wherever possible

  • got enough sleep

  • started lifting weights, taking at least 2 rest days per week

…that things started changing for the better for me.

I was finally able to let go of the guilt and fear, go out with friends for dinner and eat all of the foods I love, feel good in my skin, and keep my weight balanced… and I want this for you, too!

Let’s work together to get you on the path to living your best life!
